양방향 내시경 디스크 수술 - 허리통증과 오른쪽 허벅지 종아리 발바닥 저린 환자

오른쪽으로 디스크가 터진 환자들이 자꾸 와서 오른쪽으로 접근하는 건수가 계속 생기고 있는 요즘 입니다

허리통증과 오른쪽 엉덩이부터 발바닥까지 저림 증상 호소하시던 환자입니다.

MRI를 보니 요추5번-천추1번 간 우측으로 디스크 (추간판) 탈출증이고 양방향 내시경으로 수술하였습니다

후궁을 갈아내서 우측 황색인대 위, 아래, 바깥쪽을 최대한 노출시킨 후

황색인대를 중앙에서 반으로 가른 다음 경막과 황색인대를 안전하게 분리시키고 떼어내면

신경 줄기와 신경 가지가 보이는데요

신경 가지의 어깨부분을 드러내니 터진 디스크 조각이 보여 끄집어내고

또 겨드랑이 부분도 체크를 해줍니다. 그러고 수술을 마무리하는데요.

하고 나서 MRI에서 디스크 조각은 다 나왔고 환자도 많이 좋아지셨습니다.

증상이 좋아지셔서 퇴원하시는 모습을 보면 언제나 감사하고 보람되고 즐겁습니다

Recently, I have been seeing an increasing number of patients with herniated discs on the right side, leading to a frequent need to approach from the right.

The patient complained of lower back pain and numbness from the right hip down to the sole of the foot.

Upon reviewing the MRI, it was observed that there's a disc (intervertebral disc) herniation between the 5th lumbar and 1st sacral vertebrae on the right side. Surgery was performed using bi-directional endoscopy.

After shaving off the lamina, I exposed the right yellow ligament from the top, bottom, and outside as much as possible. Then, I split it in half, separating the dura mater and the yellow ligament, and removed them.

At this point, the nerve stem and its branches became visible. Upon exposing the shoulder part of the nerve branch, the herniated disc fragments were seen, which were then extracted. I also checked the axilla area of the nerve. After that, the surgery was concluded.

Following the procedure, the MRI showed that all disc fragments had been removed, and the patient showed significant improvement.

Whenever I see patients feeling better and being discharged, I always feel grateful, fulfilled, and happy.
