The dosage of streptokinase for thrombosis typically involves an initial loading dose followed by a continuous infusion, often within the range of 1.5 million IU over 60 minutes for acute myocardial infarction. For wound healing, streptokinase-streptodornase preparations are applied topically, and the amount depends on the wound's size and condition.
